Returns & Exchanges
Every handmade confection we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped. Occasional breakage of macarons may occur. If any product is defective or damaged beyond satisfaction upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in new, unused and uneaten condition for full refund. Port Credit Macarons will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.
All payments made are non-refundable except if a delivery/shipping order is not completed, and it is proven to be the direct consequence of Port Credit Macarons misacting.
In case of non-fulfilment due to a disaster, Port Credit Macarons will decide, at its sole discretion, if a refund will be made.
In no case a refund will be made if incorrect or incomplete information has been provided by the purchasing customer.
We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
